Information: A decorative wind mill that functions as a pump for well water. Within the building is a series of switches that control when water is to be pumped from the underground source, mostly to insure that the building doesn’t accidentally flood itself during windy days. If one wants water, all one has to do is pull a level and wait for the gears to lock into place. Once enough water is retrieved, another level pulls the gears just a fraction of an inch apart to stop the pump from moving while allowing the windmill to continue moving.
