Information: This building is often found near polluted waters and is used to make it drinkable. The process in which it goes about purifying water is rather odd. As the name implies, it uses steam as its main source of power. The cloud of heated water is collected and then rapidly cooled before collecting it in glass jars. They try to make the most out of this process by eliminating as many openings as they can legally get away with that may cause the steam or heat to escape. The average jar of water that comes out of this factory is 20% steam water and 80% boiled. However, on planets where this building is found, this is about as safe as it can get when drinking water.
