Anyway, this vehicle was originally used by banks in or around port towns as an alternative to the ugly armored cars they used to have. The reason was usually for aesthetics if nothing else. However, as attention grew, this vehicle became a prime target for armed robberies during transit between banks and their respective off-site vaults. At this point, one particular banker who had a fishing company on the side decided to throw a wrench into the works and use the cars to ship his fish to the various markets to be sold. The plan worked, and the crime rate involving these vehicles dropped almost as quickly as when it started.
Since then, these trucks pull double duty. The boat part contains the fish to be delivered to market while a more secure area of the truck keeps money to be deposited at various bank vaults.
