Information: This alien race appears to love music. It has evolved three pairs of tube-like ears in order to hear all forms and frequencies of music! They even consider the sound of static to be musical, but prize the sound of well arrange songs more than anything. Their musical tastes runs the gambit of both what is popular and what is not known. Their civilization has committed themselves to scanning the stars with their giant satellite dishes in the search for other-worldly musical sounds.
They use these songs during their mating season, which they call The Serenade Season. During this time, males will seek out females and sing a song that best describes their feeling towards them. In response, the females will sing their own song describing what they are really looking for. If the songs mix together in a way that doesn’t conflict melodically, they two are considered destine to be and are married.
