Observation: A mono-foot bird with a vicious look that is meant for show. A bird of prey, it will often chose to flee from anything that attacks it. Its single foot gives it the ability to spring-board itself into the air with little effort.

The file has a notation that explains the lack of information. This creature is apparently so easily frighten by new things that anything sent out by the observer freaked it out. He was lucky enough to get a picture of the thing to send back, but failed to observe it properly with most of the equipment supplied.
