Information: The large horn structure over its mouth is actually a very specialized nose. Scents are picked up by microscopic sensors covering the structure as air moves through it. The slightest breeze will bombard this creature with scents from anything emitting them. This makes it increasingly difficult for predators sneak up on the creature, as they tend to be caught the moment any wind blows in any direction. Positioning themselves down wind does not help alleviate this problem.
