Observation: A five-eyed, horned slug that scavenges an area for rotting meat. While traveling, it will consume any and every form of plant life it encounters in order to produce enough energy to make it to the next location.
It reproduces through regeneration processes. If a larger creature steps on it or is able to cut the creature in half, both halves will grow the missing parts. The creatures that prey on this slug are the only ones that are able to kill it and control their population by digesting it whole.
Tribal cultures consider this creature a delicacy that only virgins are allowed to eat prior to their wedding night in order to ensure a successful child birth. The taste is supposedly very bitter when cooked.
