Information: This large bird became flightless when its wings evolved into legs to help it travel faster on land. Its mean look is meant to fool predators into thinking it can be vicious. While most are fooled by this trick, a few pack hunting predators are able to see past it. Those creatures that kill this bird for food find that it has enough meat on its bones to last them the rest of the day.
